I view therapy as collaborative and am humbled to be a part of your healing process. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, supporting them to identify and create their own therapeutic goals and together, develop an effective plan to support them. I also believe that out of vulnerability comes healing and strive to create a safe, trusting and compassionate space for you to do this courageous work.
My experience is in treating anxiety and depression, healing from trauma, navigating relationships and building resiliency to life’s ups and downs. Additionally, I am passionately working towards a specialty in perinatal mental health. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and view my work through a trauma informed, individual lens. I admire anyone striving to be a better version of themselves. We all have unique experiences and I’m here to be your gentle mirror, to help you navigate and process your experiences, gain an understanding of how they manifest for you, and to support you in developing skills that promote healing and self growth.
